In fact, I’m not even rich. What I am is free. I make enough to live, grow my wealth and continue buying land. I travel between beautiful homesteads and campgrounds with the weather, work when I want, travel when I want and answer to no one.

So this isn’t a get rich quick scheme. It’s a new way to live using a set of tools, skills and systems I’ve spent the last six years of my life sweating, bleeding and crying to develop so that you don’t have to. It is a proven method to generate income, life long friendships, and beautiful places to live that I will guide you through step by step.

But Who Am I?

Meet Your Coach Aidan…

I’m a lifelong nomad who’s lived on the road for the past decade. Before that, I built and scaled marketing teams for Series A startups—but in 2019, the trajectory of my life changed forever. I bought a piece of land in Joshua Tree, CA to use as a home base between travel stints and be closer to friends and family. This land allowed me to get outside and build stuff with my hands, which felt great after full days of staring at screens. It even gave me the canvas on which to try a crazy idea of mine, combining the community vibe of hostels with beautiful outdoor locale of campgrounds.

So I began to build. What started with a compost toilet and an outdoor shower quickly grew into something bigger—raised-bed gardens, shaded hangout spaces, a coworking dome, outdoor gym and a growing stream of nomads who not only showed up, but paid to be there. Eventually the space begin filling up and my ambitions of making a network of campgrounds fellow nomads begun. I left my tech job to do something most people though was stupid. Today, I’m the founder and CEO of Van Life Campgrounds, with a growing network of community oriented locations and an incredibly rad team helping me expand the vision.

Along the way, I’ve partnered and consulted with over 20 landowners—campgrounds, glampsites, RV parks—helping them launch or grow their own community-powered spaces and incomes. I’ve built a life that I love from the ground up, and helped others do the same. When it comes to finding, developing, and generating income from land, there aren’t many people on earth who have a better understanding of this world than I do.

2 Months Of Live Training

8 weeks of live trainings with me to learn everything you need to know to fund, find, buy, build and grow your dream property, business and community. By the end of the course you will have turned your vision into a plan of action that can change the course of your life. You’ll see what’s possible with real world examples and what’s worked for me and others like me.

You will be starting at step zero with 10 other students who also want to create freedom for themselves through land. Through our digital community, co-work and accountability sessions you’ll get to know these 10 students and all be able to bounce ideas, see each others progress, learn from each others wins and fails. These will be your first friends and peers in the industry.

8 Months Of Consulting

You’ll spend the next 8 months with me in 1:1 consulting sessions as we take your game plan and implement it step by step together until your property is bought and being built on! These sessions are custom tailored to your vision and will breakdown everything you learned from the 8 weeks of training into monthly and weekly action items that you can tackle one at a time.

Course Section
Months 1-2

You will spend your first 2 months in the course section of the accelerator. Here you will learn everything that is possible so you can begin to hone your vision into an actionable game plan. This is where most programs end.

Group Support
Months 1-10

You’ll be learning and working a long side 9 other students within our digital community as well. During the 10 months we’ll have scheduled (but optional) co-work and brainstorm sessions so you can leverage the wins and fails of your peers.

Consulting Section
Months 3-10

After you’ve learned what’s possible I will work with you one on one to take action on your vision. From ideal funding methods, to location, to business models, we’ll breakdown your vision into monthly action items together

The 8 Steps To Land Freedom

Step 1: Turn Your Vision Into Action

  • Work with me personally to hone your vision, find a market gap in your desired area and create an actionable plan.

Step 2: How To Raise Funds

  • Learn how I raise funds for my campgrounds and multiple of the different fundraising models I’ve tried, failed and succeeded at.

Step 3: Find The Perfect Piece Of Land

  • Key elements to narrow your search and create a short list of potentially perfect fits.

  • Discover some of the most important Do’s & Don’ts I’ve learned over the years.

  • How to find the right zoning & land use options.

  • Ways raw land can be utilized to make income and recoup costs before you build.

Step 4: Earn A Diversified Income

  • Discover 15+ ways that you can use land to make passive income (outside of the main thing you want to focus on).

  • How to build marketing materials once that will bring you business forever.

  • Booking systems 101: What’s the best type for you and how to use them to grow your business.

  • What 3rd party platforms are the best? Harvest Hosts, Hipcamp, The Dyrt, etc.

  • Websites 101: How to make a simple website with easily trackable analytics that converts.

  • Caretakers & camphosts, how to find them, vet them and onboard them (for free!).

  • Automating onsite workloads & management.

  • Leadership and management structures that actually work!

  • No. This program is setup in two sections for this exact reason. The first section is about learning, seeing what your possibilities are and honing your existing vision or creating one with inspiration from what’s worked and not worked for me in the past.

    The second section of the accelerator is all about taking action on that vision and working with me one on one to actualize your specific dream!

  • This accelerator is action focused. There is nothing on the market that both teaches you the steps required for success then takes you through each of those steps in real time. I work directly with you to take action and actually apply the things you’ve learned.

    Simply put I teach you everything I know then walk with you in achieving each one of those things for yourself.
